USACE Tulsa District Environmental Consulting Services SATOC

Under this 8(a) Single Award Task Order Contract (SATOC) with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Tulsa District, Chloeta provides a full range of Environmental Consulting Services (ECS) and related management and consulting services for projects assigned to the Southwest Division and the Regional Planning and Environmental Center (RPEC), covering mission support areas such as:

  • Environmental Quality and Compliance

  • Environmental Engineering and Technical Support

  • Environmental Management System Support

  • Environmental Analysis

  • Environmental Program Management Support

  • Environmental Sampling of Various Media

  • Laboratory Testing

  • Environmental and Occupational Health Compliance Audits and training

  • Environmental Assessments

  • Environmental Data Inventories

  • Hazardous and Regulated Waste Handling, Management, and Recycling

  • Permit Applications

  • Community Involvement

  • Environmental Services

  • Environmental Investigation

  • Natural Resources Conservation Support

  • Cultural Resources Support

This Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract allows for both onsite and offsite performance of requirements for installations within the Southwestern District and other USACE locations CONUS. Under this contract Chloeta has completed multiple environmental documents for Army customers in New Mexico, Texas, and Louisiana. Under previous USACE 8(a) SATOCs Chloeta has completed a variety of projects to enhance warfighter readiness, including wildland fire management planning, environmental assessments, invasive species management, hazardous fuels reduction, tribal consultation and cultural resources planning.
