As the Chief Information Officer (CIO) at Chloeta, Mr. Masters brings a wealth of strategic leadership and technical expertise to the forefront of our digital landscape. With a distinguished career spanning more than fifteen years in the field of technology and program management, he is a visionary leader dedicated to driving organizational success through cutting-edge technology solutions.

He holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Natural Resource Ecology and Management from Louisiana State University and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). Prior to joining the Chloeta team, Bryan held positions with Louisiana Department of Environmental Quality and Kent Design Build where his analytical technical proficiency combined with interpersonal management skills allowed for rapid success of new and complex initiatives.

Mr. Masters has been instrumental in elevating Chloeta’s IT structure as he creates internal networks to enhance technology integration in pursuit of business objectives. He prioritizes collaboration and a high-performance culture, ensuring optimized integration of technology within our organization.
