Heath Tebow

VICE PRESIDENT, PROJECT MANAGEMENT ORGANIZATION

Mr. Tebow possesses twelve years of experience leading and managing large-scale, complex government programs. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Economics from Oklahoma State University.

Prior to joining the Chloeta team, Heath had a twenty-one year tenure with the Social Security Administration (SSA). During his time with SSA, he supervised various levels of management and partnered with state components overseeing a federal annual budget exceeding $267 million. His process optimization tactics helped SSA improve productivity and exceed project targets and budgets. Joining the Chloeta team afforded him the opportunity to return home to Oklahoma.

As Vice President of the Project Management Organization, Heath provides strategic leadership and guidance to Chloeta's Project Management Team defining objectives and processes to meet financial and operational business targets. Through collaborative problem solving, he ensures efficiency amongst the daily internal functions of the business promoting operational effectiveness and growth.
