JeMescia Williams

DIRECTOR, HUMAN RESOURCES

Ms. Williams brings nearly 10 years of experience in talent acquisition, leadership, and human resource management. She has experience developing talent programs and recruitment marketing strategies that help bring organizations the best talent to help better support organization growth. JaMescia graduated from the Colorado State University, Global Campus with a Bachelor’s in Human Resource Management and minors in Strategic Communication and Information Technology. She is a member of both SHRM and Oklahoma City Human Resources Society.

Prior to joining Chloeta, JaMescia held a leadership role within the Recruiting department of a private Oklahoma based, Fortune 500 organization. She also spent time serving on active duty for the US Navy and obtained her Enlisted Aviation Warfare Specialist (EAWS) wings.

At Chloeta, JaMescia serves as Director of Human Resources, overseeing all talent acquisitions evolutions and strategic HR initiatives. JaMescia, collaborates with executive leadership to ensure that company growth goals are fulfilled and that we hired and keep the best talent more effectively.
